I wanted to share another update on where everything is currently at, along with a few reminders before preorders officially come to a close!
First of all, thank you all so much for your patience throughout this project. I'm incredibly excited with how everything is coming together, and we're finally getting into the last stretch of production!

Please note: Any OC panel submissions received after the deadline will incur a $25 late fee, as production has already begun and late additions require additional setup, and extra shipping.

📦 How Your Order Will Ship
To better protect everyone's items and help prevent order mix-ups, orders will be shipped separately depending on what was purchased.
Keychains

Base Bag + Canon / Standard Panels
• Shipped together
Custom OC Panels
• Shipped separately
Custom OC Panels and inserts will receive their own packaging to provide as much protection as possible during transit, as they vary in size and require different packaging than standard panels.
For canon panels, package size will vary depending on your order. For example, winged pony panels require larger packaging than non-winged panels, so some shipments may be larger than others.
💜 About the Delays
A large portion of the production timeline was affected by BackerKit Pay Later, which unfortunately was completely outside of my control.
Nearly 30% of backers were unable to finalize their orders immediately. Until Pay Later payments were completed, surveys could not be finalized, item quantities would continuously change, and I wasn't able to lock production numbers.
Because of this, final item counts couldn't actually be confirmed until late February, which pushed back manufacturing and testing significantly.
Thank you all for being so understanding throughout this process. I know waiting is never fun, but I wanted to make sure everything was produced correctly rather than rushing production.
📮 Shipping
If shipping prices change before fulfillment begins, I'll make sure to communicate that as soon as possible.
All shipping funds are already set aside, but carriers like USPS and UPS have continued increasing rates throughout the year, so I want everyone to be aware in case there are any unexpected changes.

💜 MLP Swappable Ita Bag BackerKit Update! 💜

Hi everyone!
I wanted to give a big update on the MLP Swappable Ita Bag BackerKit and let everyone know where everything is at!
First off, thank you all so much for your patience. These bags were originally expected to ship around June/July, but the testing process ended up taking much longer than expected. A lot of the winged character panels especially needed multiple rounds of testing and redos to make sure everything was coming out correctly. Since every single panel has to be tested individually, it has definitely slowed things down, but I want to make sure everyone receives something that is actually finished and high quality rather than rushing them out.
The good news is that the panels are moving along, and I am currently hoping for a September/October shipping window for the swappable bags. My goal is to have the bulk panels finished this month, which will put us much closer to getting everything packed and shipped!
For the OC panels, those are still a work in progress over in the Discord. Luckily, these are moving much faster since they are single custom pieces instead of bulk production, so they do not require the same level of testing and adjustments as the mass-produced panels. I am very excited to show everyone how those are coming together!
If you are not already in the Discord, feel free to join! This is where I work on OC panels, share progress, and communicate updates. I do not handle OC panels through email because it becomes way too complicated to keep everything organized there.

Also, exciting news for the Discord Bag Labels!
Those labels have officially been made and are shipping out this week, including international orders! I am genuinely so excited for everyone to receive these because they came out absolutely adorable. I cannot wait for you all to see them!

For the OC panels, once everything is complete, I will be shipping those separately if they arrive separately. I also want to keep OC orders separate on purpose so there is no chance of mixing up anyone's custom panels with other orders.

MLP BackerKit Update – March Check-In !

Hi everyone!
Since March was originally our expected release window, I wanted to pop in with a fun progress update and let you all know what’s going on behind the scenes!
First up, Custom OCs were officially resumed yesterday evening! These will be a priority and will move a lot faster than the other panels. If you’re in the Discord, you’ll also start seeing OC progress updates there, so keep an eye out!
Panels are still actively being worked on, which is the main thing affecting the timeline right now. I don’t have a solid ETA just yet, but I’ll keep updating as things move along so you’re never left in the dark.
Right now Im just finishing fixing panels, since some had issues with PSD designs, and making sure they're perfect! Luckily panel making is alot easier than a bag being made, so it's going very smoothly!
Here’s how shipping will work once everything starts heading out:
- Base bags will ship with panels, and depending on weight and how many items fit, your order may arrive in up to two packages!
- Discord bags will ship separately (within the next month, so keep an eye out!!)
- Keychains will also ship separately
For keychains, while I already have the normal keychains in hand, I'll be getting new exclusive ones made! Backerkit only.. so hush hush.. :3
Also, if you purchased a Custom OC keychain while they were available, those are being upgraded into shaker keychains! This means the center heart of your sona, will be glittery and shaker-y!!
