How long will BackerKit and shipping take?
BackerKit will be open for approximately one month. After it closes, it takes about two weeks to process payments.
Production through Alibaba usually takes 2ā3 months, but due to the limited quantity of bags in this BackerKit, shipping is expected to be much quicker.
We are aiming to complete all BackerKit shipments before Christmas.
Any unlocked pledge goal add-ons may require additional time.

Shipping costs are set up to be as fair and simple as possible while still making sure every item arrives safely. Hereās the breakdown:
USA: $10 flat rate + $5 for each additional Base Bag
Mexico & Canada: $15 flat rate + $5 for each additional Base Bag
Everywhere else: $20 flat rate + $5 for each additional Base Bag
In the original setup, panels and inserts were included at no extra shipping cost. However, after moving into final production, the panels were upgraded with thicker materials to improve quality and durability. While this makes them look and feel much nicer, it also means they became bulkier and heavier to ship. Because of this, each panel now has a $2 shipping fee. This helps cover the increase in both manufacturing and postage costs without raising the flat rates for bags.
Keychains and Inserts are lightweight and donāt add significant cost to shipping, so they continue to ship at no additional charge.
We know shipping fees can sometimes be frustrating, but weāve done our best to keep them as low and predictable as possible while ensuring your items are protected and delivered with care. Thank you so much for your understanding and support! š

BackerKit closed: October 1st, 2025
Preorder shop closes: November 1st, 2025
Originally, the project was planned for about 75 pieces, but thanks to your overwhelming support, weāve now scaled up to around 250 pieces! This is amazing, but it does mean production will take a bit longer than the initial estimate.
Production time: For large orders, manufacturing usually takes 2ā3 months.
Shipping to us + fulfillment: Once production is complete, it takes another 1ā2 months for everything to ship out and be prepared for delivery.
Because the campaign grew so much, our updated estimated delivery window is MayāJune 2026.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backersāfrom shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaignās project teamāBackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesnāt work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkitā in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the projectās status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Shipping responsibilities
Backers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, VAT, and import fees (outside the USA) are the responsibility of the backer.
Production timelines
Production and shipping estimates are subject to change due to manufacturing or carrier delays. Current estimated delivery is MayāJune 2026, but this may shift. Updates will be provided as needed.
Quality and design changes
Small adjustments may be made during manufacturing to improve durability, materials, or design. These will not affect the overall intent or quality of the product.
Lost or damaged packages
Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist, but replacements may be limited.
